Au Pair Reunion

We had a bunch of former Au Pairs come visit - what fun!!

You know that feeling when it’s waaaaay too quiet...?

Turns out all three kids are - gasp! - reading! Graydon is hooked on his latest Rick Riordan book, and Wiley is reading "Corduroy" out loud to a rapt audience of one.

All tired out!

One of the things Portia needs to learn is that she can't "always" play. They play 4 v 4, with 6 on the roster, so sometimes you need to sit out.

Portia’s First Soccer Game!

Portia has her first ever soccer game today. Even though it started at a very early 8:30am, it was pretty hot by the time they finished the game. She is playing "U5/U6" so she's in the younger end of the age group. Portia played hard and said she had fun! Also see the short video for her first goal!!

Too tall!

Towering over the cute little photo setup, clearly Portia is a little taller than most of the kids arriving for their first day of preschool! The important thing is that she had a good day.

Tiger Cub!

Wiley is now officially a Cub Scout, too. Full uniform to follow...

Sweaty Champs

Graydon's new team won their soccer tournament this past weekend! With everyone else at the lake, Graydon and Mami spent quite a bit of "quality time" in the car together getting to and from. Still always exciting to watch them play!
