I got to take a very special trip wth some work friends last week. A whole three days of skiing at Telluride, CO. We had fantastic snow and finally also had some good visibility for photos on the last day. The peak at Telluride is 3800m (with the base at 2800m) so I definitely was gasping for air at times! But I had a fantastic time and certainly appreciate Neal's support on the home front to be able to do this. PS: the sunrise photo is taken from "my" bedroom in the house we were staying.
Portia has recently discovered the joy of puzzles! Like her brothers, she has been quick to learn where all the pieces go and wants to do them all the time now. Thanks to Nana for this photo.
Yesterday, Graydon got to try out the guitar and violin with 10-minute mini lessons at an open house at the music school right next to his elementary school. He also had a mini piano lesson, where he learned to play "Hot Crossed Buns." He did really well and enjoyed all three lessons so we decided to take the plunge. He'll be starting piano lessons next week!
